Happy Birthday Carly!

Carly is 9!  She got her American Girl wheelchair, some clothes, and other American Girl stuff.  Happy Birthday Carly!

Summer Play

 The kids have been putting on a play each summer.  The year had a Disney/Annie theme going on.  It was, as usual, fantastic!  They even added the glow sticks for a very cool effect.

Carly gets Braces

Carly needed to get braces to fix her tongue thrust (she was pushing her tongue against her front teeth when she swallowed.)  They are a little bit painful but worth the extra attention and straight teeth.!

Good Times in July

The kids love to make a tow line of boogie boards in the pool!  Lots of days of playing mermaid, dolphin/shark attack, lifeguard, and soul surfer!

We got new bedding and the kids couldn't resist an early morning cuddle in the new bed!

Scout Camp

McKay had a great time at scout camp.  Shooting guns, climbing rock walls, doing the ropes course, and hanging out with his favorite leader, Bob Bell.

July Birthdays Birthday Party

New Counselors

Today McKay got new counselors in the Bishopric.  Mike Freeland and Chris Woidka were released and Dan Stirling and Jerry Strubeck were called.  McKay has been super lucky to have such good friends and people to work with him.  

Mac is 6!

Mac turned 7 this year!  We went to Sky High for some jumping and pizza a couple days before his birthday.  

It was definitely a Ninja Turtle birthday!  He also go some cool walkie talkies.   We went to Souplantation with Corrine and Alisa.  Mac loves the pizza and mac and cheese there.  Happy Birthday Mac!

7.4.13

We love July 4!  We start off by going to the church for a pancake breakfast.  Then we go to Silverstrand Beach.  This year we and a neighborhood BBQ by our house, which was lots of fun.  It turned into a spontaneous dance party!  Then we go to the High School and watch the Fireworks.  Everyone is incredibly tired when they go home (and have to walk all the way from the high school!!!) but we love it all!

After the game ee got to meet up with Delman Young, Garrett's friend from high school.  He plays left field for the Phillies.

All-you-can eat hot dogs, peanuts, nachos, and drinks.  Makes for a fun night and frequent trips to the bathroom!
